I kinda understand the problems, in that it doesn't seem to be reading the correct folder, but I DID install it via the Mod Organizer tool interface and it still isn't working. This means if you want to install another mod that also has creature animations FNIS will complain that Creature Pack is missing, despite the fact the mod is still installed. The animations then proceed to not work in-game. However, whenever I run FNIS, it doesn't detect the animation pack at all, and thus doesn't install the animations. Try running it and send the log in case of failure. Both FNIS and the animation pack are activated in the modlist. Can you please make sure that the data folder is completely vanilla, make a new empty profile, delete all FNIS shortcuts, install FNIS in the new profile, add it from the data tab, make sure the exe path is of the folder you just added. I then used "Modify Executables" to add a FNIS runner to Mod Organizer. I've used Mod Organizer's "Install Mod" option to install FNIS, and used it to install an animation pack (It's Sexlab imma be real with yall). And to answer, no Nemesis is literally just a better version of fnis.Mods now a days that would have used FNIS are being made with Nemesis in mind instead, and most FNIS mods from the ol days work using Nemesis.
